Gabriel has taught movement professionally for the last ten years. He has worked in the field of kinesiology as a clinician, professional training coach, return-to-work coordinator, Tai Chi instructor and studio manager. His focus is on active rehab and functional mobility/stability. He has a proven track record helping people reach activity goals, rehabilitating joint injuries and improving mental health.
Before becoming a kinesiologist, Gabriel worked as an emergency medical technician in both field and hospital settings.
Gabriel enjoys all things movement. Most of his free time is spent in activities such as martial arts, dancing, running, climbing etc.
