Kris completed his Bachelor of Kinesiology at The University of British Columbia in 2018. Following his graduation from UBC, Kris further pursued a Master’s degree of Physiotherapy from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University in 2019, graduating from the program in January of 2021. Within the last two years, Kris has had experience with cardiac rehabilitation, pediatric physiotherapy and a focus on neurological physiotherapy and rehabilitation, with emphasis on gait. As a BCAK Registered Kinesiologist and Physiotherapist waiting to take the Canadian Physiotherapy board exam, Kris strives to bring aspects of active living, sports and exercise into his career. Being fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English as well as being an athlete, Kris uses his experience to connect with all his patients. Kris continues to have an interest in neurological rehabilitation, with emphasis on concussion and other occupational associated neurological issues.
When he is not in the clinic, you can find Kris on his road bike, exploring the urban jungle of Vancouver, clinging to a boulder, real or fake, or slurping up ramen at one of the many local shops. He is a lover of all sports and will gladly try them out if challenged to.
