Registered Kinesiologist

Darla graduated from Simon Fraser University with a Bachelors of Science degree in Kinesiology in 1995. Her current practice includes performing functional capacity evaluations, job demands analysis or return to work support services for individuals with musculoskeletal injuries.

Prior to working in this capacity, Darla has worked as a consultant kinesiologist in the lower mainland since 2000 for various services such as functional capacity evaluations, pre-placement screens, post offer employment testing, job site visits, job demands analysis and office ergonomic assessments and she has experience working with insurance companies and WorkSafe BC. Darla has been accepted as an expert witness for the Supreme Court of British Columbia in the fields of Functional Capacity Evaluations and Kinesiology.

When she’s not working, you can find Darla spending time with family and friends, enjoying cabin life, gardening and travelling.
