Nav graduated with a Bachelors in Kinesiology from the University of British Columbia and is in good standing with the British Columbia Association of Kinesiology (BCAK). He has been immersed in sport and fitness since a young age, practicing Taekwondo for over 13 years and being involved in soccer, basketball and rugby throughout high school. He is constantly learning new techniques, staying up-to-date with the current research and acquiring new knowledge, all to better serve clients.

In his free time, Nav loves to play sports and go on hikes. He is always on the lookout for new restaurant recommendations!
