Taylor completed her Master of Science in Occupational Therapy at McMaster University after completing her Bachelor degree in Psychology at the University of Guelph.

Taylor is passionate about helping people to engage in meaningful activities that restore and enhance quality of life through occupational therapy. Working as a community-based therapist since 2020, she has gained experience in a variety of practice areas including work-related psychological trauma and other mental health challenges, chronic pain management, concussion management, gradual return-to-work programs, ergonomics, and home health. She has completed additional training in concussion management, chronic pain management, mild-to-moderate brain injury rehabilitation, and Prolonged Exposure therapy for PTSD.

Taylor aims to empower her clients to take an active role in managing their health, wellness and recovery journey through collaborative goal-setting and optimizing individuals’ strengths and interests.
Outside of work Taylor enjoys being active with friends, working on her pottery and piano skills, playing tennis, and travelling.
