Annette completed her Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy in 1995 at the University of Toronto. Since that time, she has practiced in a wide range of rehabilitation, acute care and community programs including acute care, palliative care, orthopedics, rheumatology, home care, community mental health, and seniors’ health. She has extensive experience and training in rehabilitation approaches for concussion management, Progressive Goal Attainment Program (PGAP), and chronic pain as well as home and adaptive equipment prescription including seating systems, mobility aids, and home safety equipment.

For the past five years, Annette has applied her clinical skills to practice in the field of work/occupational rehabilitation. Her current role focuses on delivery of both home and worksite-based occupational therapy services using physical and mental health approaches. This includes development of graduated return to work programs, on-site job coaching and ergonomic assessments, seating and mobility prescriptions, home safety/accessibility assessments, and performance of job demands analyses as well as functional/work capacity evaluations.
