Contract Clinician – Lower Mainland

Our customers continue to require and request us to grow. As such, we are seeking a part time or full time OT or PT to provide a mixture of vocational and community based services to clients in the Greater Vancouver and Lower Mainland regions. Services will include ergonomic/job demands assessments, return to work support services, functional capacity evaluations, community therapy services, and work simulation assessments. A minimum of 1 year of experience is preferable and use of a vehicle is required. This opportunity will not last long and does not occur regularly given the success of the practice group and the typical interest of joining such. New therapists have opportunity for extensive mentoring to assist them to improve skills and eventually manage medical legal caseloads at their choice. Historically, the company enjoys lengthly retention of therapists.

Physical Therapist - Richmond & Surrey

We are seeking Physical Therapists to join our practice group in either full-time or part-time contractor/associate capacities in two new locations in East Richmond (Annacis Island area) and Surrey (Central City across from Surrey Memorial Hospital)

Clinical duties/responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

— Evidence-based assessment and treatment interventions;

— Timely written and/or oral communication of assessment findings and treatment outcomes with referring physicians, other health care professionals and stake holders;

— Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills to multi-task and prioritize daily caseloads with a customer service mindset;

— An active role in promoting the company through excellent service and in-person participation in marketing/community/continuing education events;

— An active role devising innovative practice and transdisciplinary services for a variety of customers – industry employers, WSBC, ICBC, LTD insurers, the general public

We prefer candidates to have at least two (2) years of private practice experience and/or specialty training (i.e., FCAMPT, IMS, CAFCI and ISM).
