Re:Function Health Group is seeking a part-time or full-time Occupational Therapist to join our team of professionals in our Occupational Rehab 2 (OR2) Program in Surrey.

Re:Function Health Group is an established firm with 5 clinics in the Lower Mainland, 2 clinics on Vancouver Island, and 1 clinic in the Okanagan. We provide functional capacity evaluations, cognitive capacity evaluations, vocational consulting (return to work planning, ergonomics, and job demands analyses), occupational rehabilitation, and community health services (PT, OT, and Counselling) to employers, WSBC, ICBC, LTD carriers, the provincial Work BC network, lawyers, and the public. What You'll Be Doing
We are looking for an individual with skills and energy to assist clients who have sustained a variety of work-related injuries. The Occupational Therapist will work in an Occupational Rehab 2 (OR2) program, alongside Physiotherapists, Counsellors, Physicians and Kinesiologists. The goal of the program is to support injured workers through their rehabilitation journey with the ultimate goal of returning to work.

What You Need to Be Successful
For the current employment opportunity, we request candidates to have 18 months experience as an Occupational Therapist with 6 months experience with return to work rehabilitation services, functional assessments, or other job site experiences (job demands analyses, ergonomic analyses, return to work organization with employers at the job site). Training and mentorship is available for candidates who do not quite meet the requirements.
