Re:Function Health Group is currently looking to hire a full-time Office Administrator / Assistant to fulfill reception duties in our Surrey location, as well as provide general office administrative duties and clinical operations.

Re:Function Health Group is an established firm with 5 clinics in the Lower Mainland, 2 clinics on Vancouver Island, and 1 clinic in the Okanagan. We provide functional capacity evaluations, cognitive capacity evaluations, vocational consulting (return to work planning, ergonomics, and job demands analyses), occupational rehabilitation, and community health services (PT, OT, and Counselling) to employers, WSBC, ICBC, LTD carriers, the provincial Work BC network, lawyers, and the public. What You Need to Be Successful
For the current employment opportunity, we prefer candidates to have a College Diploma or equivalent preferably in Business Management, Office Administration or similar field. Knowledge or background in Human Resources and/or employment law/policy and procedure are assets. Fluency in spoken Punjabi is an asset. Previous experience in a Physiotherapy, Chiropractic or multidisciplinary clinic preferred.
