Practicing Kinesiologist

Paige completed her Bachelor of Kinesiology at the University of British Columbia in 2017. Since graduation, she has worked in a wide range of Kinesiology services including building her skills development as a Group Fitness Leader at UBC BodyWorks, working with a senior population, and creating modified exercise programs. Paige has worked as a Physical Literacy Assessment Programmer, has performed data collection on children’s physical literacy levels, and has generated reports for community centres, providing them with tools and resources to help improve movement abilities in children. Further, Paige has worked as a Gait Analysis Expert, requiring her to travel around Canada to teach employees how to analyze gait patterns, and provide customers with proper shoes and useful exercises that might help biomechanical abnormalities found during the assessment.
