Registered Clinical Counsellor
Meredith Woolley is a Registered Clinical Counsellor with over 15 years of clinical experience providing trauma-informed counselling to adults throughout British Columbia through secure virtual sessions. She has experience supporting individuals experiencing trauma, PTSD, occupational stress injuries, anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, relationship challenges, chronic stress, and chronic pain. Meredith has also provided counselling through WorkSafeBC's Critical Incident Response Program, ICBC and CVAP (Crime Victim Assistance Program).
Meredith believes that a strong therapeutic relationship is the foundation for meaningful change and strives to create a safe, collaborative, and non-judgmental environment where clients feel heard, understood, and supported. She tailors therapy to each individual's unique needs using evidence-informed approaches, including EMDR, narrative therapy, and the Flash Technique. Meredith has a special interest in supporting individuals living with chronic pain, informed by her Master's research exploring the biopsychosocial impact of chronic pelvic pain on women's lives.
Outside of work, Meredith enjoys travelling, being in nature, and spending time with friends and family.
