Samantha St. John BA(Psych), MSc(OT)
Registered Occupational Therapist
Samantha began her academic pursuits with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. Her interest in the human mind and behavior directed her to the field of occupational therapy where she travelled to Scotland to complete her Master of Science in Occupational Therapy. While achieving her graduate degree Samantha gained occupational therapy experience in the areas of mental health, paediatrics, geriatrics and vocational. Her practice currently involves performing functional capacity evaluations and community occupational therapy services for individuals with physical, cognitive, mental health and/or neurological disorders or injuries.
While obtaining her license to practice in Canada, Samantha worked as a Rehabilitation Assistant for Re:Function Health Group Inc.. As a Rehabilitation Assistant she worked in the community promoting independence and well-being. Samantha has also been seen in both the local community and international communities volunteering her knowledge to assist individuals in improving occupational performance and mental health.
In her spare time, Samantha enjoys playing tennis, travelling the world and photography.
